Amazing Photo editing app at reasonable price. I have to say the support service is excellent also. Would definitely support and seeing it become the most popular photo editing app.
When my Luminar AI update caused problems Skylum support answered my email promptly, kept me in the loop and my problem was fixed quickly. They left me feeling very positive about their company.
Customer support answered my request in a few hours and all the needed information was provided to me. Thank you for a fast reply and competency :)

I'm very happy with Luminar AI!
As well as with the quick replies afterwards, followed by the refund of my accidentally purchased Luminar AI twice.
I bought a subscription to Luminar AI last year. Had to change computers as my old one let me down. Did not know how to re-activate my subscription. Very fast reaction and great help to get my programme re-installed again on new computer!
I email you 3 times and no reply, I want to refund my money back back, how I can contact with you?!!

An excellent support and serviced for customer(me). I bough AI program. After tested AI myself. And I've try to refund for AI program and turned it.
Customer's support team has helped me and refunded ASAP thru among Skylum service team and Fund control team and I ; they had communication with team work and let me know it. So i have not any issued with it. Thank you and good lucks!
